Atrophy Guild Ranks

For Atrophy the ranks will be as following:

Below level 10	On trial
Level 10 to 15	Apprentrice
Level 15 to 20	Mentor
Level 20 to 25	Guide
Level 25 to 30	Guard
Level 30 to 40	Protector

When they start as "on trial" they provide 0%xp to the guild and on each new rank they will donate +1%. So that when they are protector they will provide 5%xp to the guild. So that they are used to this before they will join Token
